What's the standard CV photo size?
In Germany and most of continental Europe, 45×60 mm is standard for a Bewerbungsfoto. In the UK and US, CV photos are uncommon — when used, a square 400×400 px crop works well.
Should I include a CV photo at all?
Yes in DACH and southern Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain). No in the UK, US, Canada and most of Asia, where photos can introduce hiring bias.
